Ryan Berns of the Lacrosse Leadership Institute sits down with AEP Co-Founder Erik Mineo. The goal of Lacrosse Leadership Institute is to grow the game and reflect the lessons of the sport that taught Ryan so many valuable skills. Ryan says he feels "blessed with the opportunity to support young men to grow into the hard working, respectable men they will become."

Lacrosse Leadership Institute writes:

LLI Episode 48. Ryan Berns and Erik Mineo discuss the impact lacrosse has had on Erik's life. Erik was lucky to find the "fastest sport on two feet" early and was blessed with the opportunity to play lacrosse in college. The culture of the Army West Point Black Knights has stuck with Erik. He has faced many different types of adversity, but has established tools to "weaponize" his mind, and to make sure that he is always ready for what lies ahead. It starts with yourself, but a team working together will accomplish unimaginable goals. Erik shares what leadership means to him, how high performing teams can be addicting, and how he has translated the skills from lacrosse to his life now. Erik is on a mission through his company, Alpha Echo Project, TO DEVELOP THE MOST SELF-AWARE LEADERS & RESILIENT TEAMS IN THE WORLD! We are blessed with the opportunity for Erik to share his experiences of lacrosse and leadership, and are so excited to see how he continues to grow the game of lacrosse and cause a major impact in many lives!

Thanks to Ryan Berns for the opportunity to connect with one another and those following Lacrosse Leadership Institute! Best wishes on foster inclusion in the sport of lacrosse in the exciting growth area of Arizona.
